 Be the change is  a Non-formal, community based school situated in the  huruma  slams  6 KM from the central business district.

Be the  change  was initiated in  the  year 2004 as a NON-political, non- profit community school to give the orphans and vulnerable  children a bright future.Be  the  change has a  total of 280 students  and  all  of  them  are  from the  slams of Mathare, Huruma, Kariobangi and Korogocho.
